I agree that this situation is an excellent example of the sorts of problems organizations have to face following a prolonged labor dispute. On the positive side, groups like this can go a long way toward restoring/building credibility and trust throughout their community by adopting actions that deny an appearance of retribution.

The lockout may be over but has root of the problems changed? Doesn’t look like it.
