Last week, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and the Washington National Opera (WNO) announced that both organizations have adopted a similar relationship that the National Symphony Orchestra (NSO) shares with the Kennedy Center. From out of the gloomy mist that has characterized business news the past few weeks, a bright and shiny silver lining is threading its way across several cities this weekend in the form of free simulcast concerts.
