A non-profit arts program, Eugene-Springfield Youth Orchestras sponsors orchestras for fifth graders through young adults, including three youth symphonies, elementary school music classes and summer arts programs. This is a part time (30 hours per week) position.
ESYO seeks a dynamic and creative, visionary Executive Director with strong program management experience related to youth musical education. The ED of ESYO will be responsible for the growth and financial stability of the organization. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, operation management, and community fundraising capabilities. The ED will work closely with the Development Director, artistic staff and volunteers to develop and sustain programs.
The position requires executive level management experience and knowledge of non-profit management. Advanced degree preferred, but a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with experience, may be considered. We seek candidates with demonstrated effectiveness in working with students and staff, and a passion for the arts.

Salary Range: $31,500 – 34,500
